Event Registration

VBS Volunteers needed in various areas including chaperones, craft helpers, game helpers, snack helpers, runners, and others. Tuesday–Friday (June 18-21), 9:00 AM –12:00 PM. Volunteers will need to arrive by 8:30am each day. Childcare will be provided for children of volunteers (birth–4 yrs). A FREE t-shirt is provided to all volunteers along with free continental breakfast for volunteers and their children starting at 8am.

Registration Instructions

To register, you will need a Username and Password.

Option 1)
If you have previously registered for a Shepherd’s event through Arena, you will use that same Username and Password.

Option 2)
If this is your first-time using Arena for registration, online giving or making a mission trip contribution, you will need to create your Username and Password. You will only need to do this the first time you register.

To create a Username and Password,

1. Click the "Start" button below.

2. On the next screen click "Create an Account" and fill in the requested information.

3. After you have created your account close the website window.

4. Go back to the original registration link, log in with your Username and Password, and complete the registration.
